i married at 17, till 27 all went good. Then only once I got Premature Ejaculation and got depressed. Thereafter whenever i attempted it was not satisfactory. I got severe depression and loss of self esteem and confidence. Later somehow i got confidence gradually and returned to normal sex performance. some 5 years later i had an affair with another lady. I never committed sex with him. But with my wife I started to experience unsatisfatory sex, but agian it was okey. Later i went abroad for studies. After one year i came back and could not get erections. Again severly depressed. Then I went back abroad and consulted GP who told it was completely psycho. He suggested viagra to get back confidence. Now after 6 months I am back. I tried viagra. All went good. I got confidence. and for further 3-4 weeks i was performing good without viagra. Later i failed again and got severly depressed. Now i never get erection without viagra. severly depressed. Is it psycho or organic. What should I do
Have you considered seeing a sex therapist? It’s a therapist that specializes in sexual issues. It might be worth a try, since to me it sounds psychological.
You might also want to see a psychiatrist to help deal with your depression and self esteem issues. Both can affect performance.

I’m sorry but it’s really rare that you would gain a few inches. Maybe at tops like 2-3 centimeters.
If you get surgery, that’s even worse because there isn’t a very high percentage of successful procedures. Just stick with what you have.
